Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kirk Kureska is the Chief Executive Officer of Everest Billing and Consulting. Kirk has over 30 years of progressive leadership with a proven formula of organizational success in all facets of behavioral health. A highly energetic, resourceful, goal driven and accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in senior organizational leadership, multi- state, multi site management, mergers and acquisitions, Green Space & De Novo projects. Kirk previously served as CEO of Promises Behavioral Health, Vice President of Operations for CRC Health Group and Divisional CEO for Acadia Healthcare. Kirk continues to serve on multiple state and national legislative, licensure and accreditation committees and boards. Kirk's success is driven by balancing, passionate service-orientation with fiscal responsibility to the organization and stakeholders though developing strong leadership teams, commanding market confidence, ensuring successful outcomes to clients, employees and referral sources.

VP of Revenue Cycle Management

Leila Viramontes is the Vice President of Everest Billing and Consulting Company with over twenty years in the medical and behavioral health field helping physicians, physician groups and healthcare institutions navigate their billing, collection, and credentialing process.  Specializing in accounts receivables, Leila has her Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management which she utilizes her expertise and uses that experience to increase provider collections and improve organizational performance.   Leila is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.  Leila understands that revenue cycle management is not taught or explained to providers or in medical school, therefore she has a passion to not just provide the billing and collections service but also ensures her clients understand the process in detail.
